1) Current vaccination certificates must be produced when booking in.
2) Boarding fees are chargeable per day or any part of a day.
3) Should your pet be removed from the kennels before date of departure full boarding fee are payable.
4) A £ 10 administration fee is payable for all cancellations.
5) All boarding fees will be payable if cancellations are made within 21 days of arrival.
6) All arrivals/departures must be made within reception hours.
7) Garromuir kennels & cattery insurance does not cover pre-existing conditions.
8) Garromuir Kennels & Cattery insurance does not extend to dogs-cats over 10 years old.
9) Although all dogs are supervised at all times during exercise & training. Garromuir kennels will accept no  responsibility for dogs that ignore the supervisor and run away.
10) All pet accessories left at owners own risk.
11) The collection of yout pet cannot be made to a third party, without the owners prior consent.
12) The owners of Garromuir Kennels & Cattery have the right to refuse any bookings.
